Day to Day:

  • Lead and manage the kitchen team.
  • Create menus and new dishes.
  • Ensure food quality and presentation standards.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure your team delivers exceptional dishes consistently.
  • Build a team passionate about culinary excellence.
  • Understand guest preferences and ensure team accountability to these requirements.
  • Establish effective feedback mechanisms to identify guest and team pain points, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance outcomes through continuous improvement.
  • Define, monitor, and share key metrics on guest satisfaction and team performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging, mentoring team members to build their skills and confidence.

Skills/Competencies:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-end restaurant kitchen.
  • Minimum 5 years leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated capability to establish and maintain cultural tenants supporting organizational and guest outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide communication in support of inform and influence models inclusive of internal and external executive-level audiences.
  • Established track record of managing teams while maintaining accountability to high-performance levels.
  • Proven ability to create and manage highly effective menus, propelling long-term guest satisfaction and delight.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to navigate ambiguity while translating vision and data into actionable goals.

Salary Range Transparency:

₱50,000 - ₱70,000 a month
